Interesting chart from the Associated Press (via the myway.com news site) showing the percentage of children starting school in 2010 in the United States without the required vaccinations. There is much that can be made of the clear geographical pattern--high percent not immunized in the upper midwest and far west. Perhaps most striking is the evidence yet again that the U.S. is anything but a monolithic culture internally.
